O principal atrativo é que você é atendido pelo proprietário. Dispensa toda atenção e se preocupa com todos os detalhes. Apartamento com todos os utensílios necessários, tudo funcionando. A localização é central(centrinho de Canasvieiras). Enfim recomendo, a relação custo/benefício é perfeita.

Minha estadia não foi boa, primeiro que o responsável pelo Residencial queria cobrar R$ 20,00 reais a diária do estacionamento, sendo que no site o estacionamento é gratuito.Assim que chegamos no quarto ele estava com cheiro de quarto não limpo,o banheiro nunca viu água sanitária, paredes sujas do banheiro , o exaustor do banheiro sujo, tinha insetos, a porta do banheiro podre, lâmpadas queimadas,apartamento equipado com cozinha mas não tinha gás para cozinhar e o responsável nem para mandar um comunicado, sem falar na cama sem conforto nenhum, muito dura,travesseiros desconfortáveis. Não gostei e não retornarei e não recomendo.
