The apartment was smaller than advertised, and some of the features (bedside lamp, sink plug) were damaged. Supplies of toilet paper, coffee, dishwashing liquid, towels were inadequate. Checkin was a shambles. Although it’s in a good central location and the bed is comfortable, it’s not value for money.

Not a real bed. Two travel mattress. No proper pillows. Extremely dark and uncomfortable. No way LUXERY and pictures by professional and photoshopped. Never to mind a broken fire alarm going off at early time.

Prettig dicht bij de oude stad

Wij wisten van de voren niet dat er geen receptie was en het was een heel gezoek voordat we de juiste persoon hadden die ons de sleutel kon geven. Enkele lampen waren stuk en er zaten gaatjes in de handdoeken, het onderlaken was te klein voor het bed. Het oppartement was erg somber. Het is meer een airB&B maar zeker geen hotel.

I can not recommend.

チェックイン時間を事前に連絡していたにも関わらず、受付で鍵をもらうまでにだいぶ待たされました。 部屋は一見キレイですが、シャワールームの排水口が非常に汚れており、水が流れず、自ら掃除する必要がありました。 また、Wi-Fiも使用することができませんでした。 以上の理由により、お勧めすることはできません。 We had to wait to get our room key despite of calling to inform check in time in advance. Shawer room was very dirty, so I needed to clean there myself. I couldn't use Wi-Fi at all. Because of above reasons, I can't recommend this apartment.

Liten swit för mycket penggar

Rummets saknade en heldel saker , inga kroker för hnduk upphängning , toapapper hållare, batteri till en fjärrkontrolle för AC köpt på egenhad , rumservise mot en kostnad på 50 zlote för varje gång, swit i den storlek för mycket penggar var första gång vi upplevde, balkong en halv meter trång , handtag till balkong dörr var trasig , den här Hotellet är inte värd mer än en tjärna

An unpleasant adventure

Actually we didnt stay to this hotel because it was overbooked and after a lot of ordeal we were transferred to an appartment nearby which was quite comfortable but with very poor service and no reception at all.We were 3 people and they gave us only one key.We recommend it only to those who are willing to risk an unpleasant adventure

Helt greit rom. Ettersom at vi sjekket inn etter 22 så tok det lang tid før vi fikk nøkkelen, og det var kun sikkerhetsvakter der som ikke visste noe som helst.

Sentral beliggenhet, ellers ingen andre fordeler

Vi ankom leiligheten kl.22.30 noe vi hadde informert utleier om. Dårlig skiltet og merking av hvor leiligheten lå. Security i 1. etasje visste ikke at det fantes utleieleiligheter i bygget og kunne ikke hjelpe oss. Etter en del vandring rundt fant vi utleiebyråets kontakt ved bygget. Leiligheten var i moderne design og romslig, og godt utstyrt bortsett fra at det var for lite håndklær og toalettpapir. Den var i sorte/brune farger, noe som ble altfor mørkt. Verandadøren kunne vi ikke ha åpen på natten da verandaen også tilhørte naboleiligheten. Det var ikke tilgang på PC/printer slik at vi måtte oppsøke et annet hotel for å få printet ut flybilletter til returen hjem. Vi hadde heller ikke mulighet til å oppbevare bagasjen i bygget etter utsjekk eller bestilling av transfer til flyplassen, det ordnet nabohotellet for oss. Neste gang blir det hotel med resepsjon og service. Takk til PURO hotel i nabobygget for ypperlig hjelp og service.

God service, rimelig og fine leiligheter! Bare 5 min gå avstand fra Main Square. Passer perfekt for en vennegjeng som er ute etter å se hva Krakow har å tilby! :)

Dårlige madrasser.

Dette er leiligheter i sammen med fastboende, det fungerte bra. Beliggenhet er grei, 100 meter fra et stort senter Krakowska Galleri. 10 - 15 min til sentrum. Leiligheten så bra ut ved første øyekast. men det var ingen luksus som angitt i annonsen. Store plaststoler og en "billig" sovesofa. Stort bad med dusj, bra. Det som var verst var madrassene i "King Size" senga. Disse var fullstendig ubrukelige, fjærene hadde kollapset. Kommer nok ikke igjen.

Quirky but very nice

great location, quality of accommodation and service. We stayed there for 2 nights while visiting Krakow and enjoyed our stay. The decor is interesting but we were aware of it prior booking and quite enjoyed it.Location is very good, quiet, but only 5mins walk from the old town
