Hotel muito limpo e organizado, funcionários educados e prestativos. Café da manhã gostoso e ambiente bem agradável. Minha única observação negativa é sobre a temperatura do quarto, extremamente quente, o ar condicionado não dá conta de resfriar o ambiente. Seguimos a orientação de um funcionário em sair para jantar mas deixar o ar ligado para tentar amenizar, pois as paredes esquentam demais, mas não adiantou. Ainda transpirando tarde da noite, informamos a recepção que prontamente nos atendeu e nos trocaram de quarto, mas infelizmente não fez diferença…como estávamos de passagem e seria apenas uma noite, não falamos mais nada.

O hotel é confortável, ótimo banheiro, ótimo café da manhã e atendimento dos funcionários. Porém, a essência (perfume) que passam nos quartos e toalhas é muito forte. Poderia ser mais ventilado, arejado para que não tivesse esse cheiro.

Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto limpo e aconchegante. Apenas dois pontos negativos, levando em consideração o preço do hotel: - Café da manhã sem muitas opções, e mesmo cardápio todos os dias; - TV do quarto sem opções de canal, não é smart tv, por ser tv por satelite as vezes os canais nem funcionam.

O hotel em si é bom. Porém quanto ao apto deixou a desejar na questão do banheiro. A pia subia água até em cima e a torneira não fechava direito, ficava pingando. Comuniquei a camareira que se prontificou a falar com a administração, mas nada mudou.
