TOLLER Urlaub in Dresden

Es ist ALLES da, was man braucht und noch ein wenig mehr! Herr Böckermann ist vor Ort und für Fragen und Tips nimmt er sich reichlich Zeit! Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Apartment gefühlt. Was wir besonders gut fanden: Eine Infomappe mit vielen Tips und Empfehlungen, aus persöhnlicher Sicht von Herrn Böckermann.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. A real nice bakery was close by far breakfast rolls.

Ruhige gemütliche großzügige Wohnung in der Nähe D

Wir haben zu zweit eine Städtereise in Dresden gemacht. Nach de Stadt konnten wir direkt an der Haltestelle "Hubertusplatz" einkaufen gehen.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass man super selber kochen kann. Ansonsten kann man auch köstlich in Dresden selbst essen oder in dem Stadtteil Neustadt. Ebenfalls gibt es in dem Stadtteil Pieschen Restaurants.Der Vermieter stand uns bei Fragen den ganzen Tag zur Verfügung.

siamo arrivati alle 23.55, il propietario e stato molto cortese, ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni utili e ha rinviato al giorno dopo le formalita burocratiche. la dotazione dell'appartamento era perfetta, anche nei piccoli dettagli, unico neo la connessione wifi. la zona e silenziosa e servita dal tram e il centro si raggiunge in pochi minuti. ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, ci ritornerei senza dubbio

Zeer net, schoon, keuken compleet (op magnetron na) met mooi servies, mooie doch kleine badkamer, mooie tuin om in te zitten, overdekte parkeerplaats voor auto op het terrein, service prima (op afwezigheid wifi na), aardige eigenaar. Goed openbaar vervoer in de nabijheid.

flott leilighet

virkelig flott leilighet, romslig selv om vi sov der med 2 voksne og 2 ungdommer. veldig lite bad med det er rent og funktionell og et lite kjøkken med alt en trenger. fin gårdsplass med bord, stoler og parasoll. Forventningene våre var mye lavere ut ifra bildene. Neste gang vi drar til Dresden vil vi uten tvil leie der igjen :-) selv om det ligger et stykke ut forbi selve sentrum var det ikke noe problem å finne det. Det ligger i et helt vanlig boligstrøk.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit freundlichem Empfang. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Bad und Küche sehr schön und alles vorhanden. Wir empfehlen die Fewo auf jeden Fall für einen Stadtbesuch, da man sehr schnell im Zentrum ist. Bei schönem Wetter kann man in einem gepflegten Innenhof schön gemütlich sitzen. Bäcker fürs Frühstück ist auch gleich ums Eck.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung, auch mit Kindern

Wir blieben für ein Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und macht auch einen längeren Aufenthalt mit richtigem Kochen möglich. Die Betten waren angenehm. Alles scheint relativ neu renoviert zu sein. Auch das Bad ist einwandfrei. Da die Küche mit einer Tür vom Wohn- und Schlafbereich abgetrennt ist, kann man sich auch noch unterhalten, wenn die Kinder schon schlafen. Wir fanden die Ferienwohnung sehr sauber und nett hergerichtet vor. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war im Vorfeld professionell und vor Ort sehr freundlich. Die Fereinwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, somit können Kinder, in dem durch ein Tor verschlossenen Innenhof, sofort nach draußen und sicher spielen. Die Besitzer wohnen im ersten Stock. Ein überdachter Parkplatz, steht im Hof zu Verfügung. Als kleiner Minuspunkt ist anzumerken, dass die Lage nicht zentral ist und dass leider kein Internetzugang zur Verfügnung steht. Auch ist abends ein leichtes Brummen im Schlafbereich zu hören, was aber nicht weiter stört. Wir würden diese Fereienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und auch unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen.

De accomodatie is perfect en de eigenaar heel aardig. Het pand ligt vlak bij restaurants, de bakker een paar meter verderop en de S-bahn naar de binnenstad is ook vlakbij. Er is een afgesloten binnentuin met carport. Deze accomodatie is zeker een aanrader!
