The hotel is very well appointed and starting with a beautiful lobby to very comfortable guest rooms. All the staff are excellent and can’t do enough to make sure you are looked after. Staff was amazing, very helpful and always went above and beyond! They helped us book our airport ride, helped us with luggage, open doors every-time we went in and out, probably best hotel service we had in Asia out of the 11 hotels we stayed at. Hotel was beautiful, lobby always had AC blasted, rooftop bar and pool was very nice, zero complaints! Great location, steps to everything including some must try spots like Pho 10. Lots of cafes, shops and food spots along the street. Most cab rides are 5-10 mins if needed and cost about 30k dong, roughly $1.50 Canadian. We did not make it to breakfast so cannot comment.

Absolutely first class hotel! Staff wonderful and can’t do enough. Quin is the go to for all tours you may want to arrange and is super helpful. Rooms are fantastic and the atmosphere at the rooftop bar is amazing as are the bar team up there. We stayed twice during our visits to Hanoi and the balcony room on our second stay was a class above. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choice and food is delicious.

We stayed here for 7 nights and I would highly recommend this hotel. The room is pretty clean and is walking distance to a lot of iconic places and points of interest. This place is truly a 5 star Boutique Hotel. Every single staff is very polite, courteous, helpful and accommodating. Their response to your needs is impressive and attention to details is impeccable from the door man, front desk to housekeeping.
