I requested a ground floor room. I was given a 2nd floor room farthest away from the front desk. I walk with a cane and do not do well on stairs. The individual at the desk saw I used a cane and stated I wouldk e a ground floor room When mentioning I had my dog with, she reiterated no rooms on the first floor. I wiot use Days Inn again. I requested a fi9rst floor room in the online check in and it was ignored.

The first night we stayed our fire alarm started going off at 3:30 am. My husband had to remove the fire alarm because even though new batteries were installed it still continued to go off. Maintenance installed a new fire alarm in the morning. Then the second night at 12:30 am the fire alarm started going off again. My husband had to disconnect it again to make it stop beeping every 60 seconds. We didn’t get any sleep either night. Also the water from the sink had very little pressure, same for the shower. I had a hard time getting the shampoo out of my hair. I gave 2 stars because the hotel and room were clean. The front desk staff were polite and the complimentary breakfast for the most part was standard. Also there was parking for our large race trailer.
