Ideally, my overall rating is a 4.5. The staff was fantastic and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was superb (just around the corner from the Duomo complex) and walkable to just about everything Florence has to offer. The only two issues we had with the property were: 1) the wi-fi was mediocre at best. It was never at full strength. And 2) two mornings the hot water never came on and were forced to take less than ideal showers. Other than that, we really enjoyed the B&B and would stay again.

I absolutely loved my stay here and would highly recommend! The staff is wonderful and the room was lovely. Right in the middle and close to anywhere you would need to go in Florence. I will 100% stay here again when I come back to Florence one day.
