Staff was professional and polite towards me, but management of the property, that’s a different story, a lot of weed smoke throughout the hallways, a lot of arguing with the guests, a lot of bad kids making noise, I think that they also rent out their rooms monthly to the locals like an apartment, I witnessed a few junkies renting rooms, which they have a right to, it was just a turn off, I did a out of state job, and the room was literally 6 minutes away from the job, needless to say I have to do that same job in a week, and I’ll most likely get a room there again due to the convenience of their location to the job, I will say that the room was very clean, at least that was a plus, and there is a Walmart and several restaurants in walking distance, it’s literally a 2 or 3 minute walk, super convenient if you trying to save on gasoline. The location of the motel is its selling point, it’s super convenient…

I’ll be honest- for the most part I have been Hapoy with my 2 stays here in Oct/November. The se one stay I noticed a cleanliness issue which might be indicative of a larger problem. I reported it and the staff handled it very fairly, willing to refund me my money or upgrade my room. I was pleased with the upgrade to a larger, cleaner room that did not have the issue.

It’s clean, safe, conveniently located, gets the job done well, which is provide a safe clean convenient place to sleep. Coffee available 24/7, but no breakfast to speak of. Walls are a little thin. Furnishings not new but clean and serviceable. Staff was ok, not super friendly, but not unfriendly. A great value for the price, though! Great mini frig, microwave, so I didn’t have to eat out. TV was huge, if that it’s important to you. I’d stay here again for sure in order to conserve on costs when I’m in the area.

Hallway leaking water, misty smell, molds smell, our room has broken floor tiles and unsafe to walk bare foot. Afraid to stomp on broken \missed floor tiles. My friend complain itching allnight in bed. She did not enjoy staying in that hotel at all. Front desk male staff very nice. That was it.
