The staff was very helpful. Since I requested a smoking room and all those were on the 3rd floor. This property had no elevator and since I have a handicap and cannot use stairs they opened a 1st floor room to allow me to smoke in.

The desk clerk charged me twice for my room and then yelled at me when i told him he made an error by charging me twice then he called the manager and the manager tried to explain why i was charged twice like their is a reason to overcharge someone. I had to end up calling the police then the front desk refunded my money for the overcharge but i had to wait 5 days to receive my refund and he ended up apologizing however all of that was very unnecessary.

Check in process was poor - door to the front desk (if there ever was one) was locked - waited a few minutes for a guy to come to the window asking for my id. He then disappeared for about 10 minutes while we waited outside in an area that did not seem very safe. The attendant then asked us to walked around the building to enter through a side door where a person smoking weed entered the facility through tailgating us. It's worth to pay the 30% more to not stay at a Super 8 (at least not this one) in the future.

I never stayed there and I'm going to sue Super 8 by Wyndham and Hotels.com for taking my money on a booking I did not make!!!!!! I will let all of my 6,000+ followers know how you all extort poor people!!!!! I'm not going away so someone need to refund my money ASAP!!!! THIS IS FRAUD!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH HOTELS.COM OR SUPER 8 BY WYNDHAM!!!!

Das Zimmer hat meistens nach Zigaretten und "Gras" gerochen, so wie auch die Bettwäsche. Das Lüften hat nichts genützt, das Zimmer müffelt. Die Farbe in der Badewanne ist abgescheuert mit grossen Flecken. Der Boden war nicht sauber, es hatte noch Haare. Im Moskitonetz hatte es ein Fussball-grosses Loch. Die Tumblerfilter waren schmutzig. Das Frühstück bestand aus Früchten und Kaffee und Saft. Im Saftautomat wurde schon lange nicht mehr das Auffangbecken geleert. Die ganze Umgebung ist klebrig und mit umherliegendem Unrat, obwohl die Dame am Empfang betonte, dass es ihr langweilig sei. Es gäbe etliches zu tun gegen diese Langeweile.

The room was very clean & I encountered no problems. The best part about it was the front desk. He was an older gentleman, he was very sweet & helpful. Definitely will be going back.

Parking is congested. No elevator. Extremely dirty and smelly. Asked for a non-smoking room, gave me room full of smell of weed and cigarettes. Smell of swear and csrpet is dirty. This is just horrible. This businesses should be closed and cleaned then restart.
