I’d stay there again

The rooms are very clean and the service was friendly. It’s obviously an older building in need of a good amount of cosmetic TLC, but overall, I’d stay again. Not a bad place for a last minute hotel stay.

The shuttle driver to the airport was very diligent and helpful. We stayed due to the flight cancellation, and they were a good place to stay overnight and get out of and back to the airport.

Nice customer service

Milli provided great service with a wonderful smile on checking us in. The bed was average and the hotel was clean. It would have been nice if the hotel offered a shuttle service to the Dallas football games and from the airport.

The room was clean and comfortable! My only complaint was that I had to go to front desk to get my key reprogrammed! It’s agitating to go to your room to realize your key card doesn’t work! Outside of that, it’s a nice place!

Arrived at 3:30am. Room was prepaid due to my late arrival. Clerk had a hard time finding the reservation. In the morning at 9:45am housekeeping was knocking at the door to clean before I was ready to check out.
