Great locations with lots of restaurants close by. Very clean and quiet. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and provided an assortment of options for breakfast. Great coffee too.

We loved our stay! The front desk crew were very kind and helpful. The hotel offered still or sparkling water on tap to fill up water bottles before or after a busy day. They had an espresso machine in the dinning area that was free to use all day. We also loved the location! We felt far enough from major touristy destinations. Also, so many great local cafes and restaurants were steps away!

The staff are fantastic - friendly, efficient and very helpful! The space is clean and compact. The area is quiet and safe. It’s a 10 minute walk to the Bastille metro station, you can connect to just about anywhere from there. Would definitely stay here again.

Warm service

Much appreciated the warm welcoming and caring by the staff in the hotel. They are very attentive, proactive and helpful. Their attitude makes us feel liking being at home and will definitely consider this hotel if we are back to Paris again.

We came from a different hotel that was absolutely unacceptable in the area and booked this place last minute. We felt very welcome and immediately knew we’d made the right decision to switch. The place was very comfortable, a good size for Paris, had a lovely outdoor space and was close to everything we wanted to see! We will definitely come back to any Hotel Ibis in the future!

Ibis Comfort

We booked an Ibis because you know you will get a good level of quality. The room was a fair size for two with a comfy bed and space for both our bags The service was amazing and the person who checked us in was utterly delightful! The no plastic is brilliant and I hope more hotels do this. Location was great and would defo recommend.

Great stay!

Room are small but that is expected. Only concern we had was the air conditioning was not very cold. Room got stuffy. Aside from that, that hotel was great! Nice location to metro stations. Staff was very friendly!

Amazing staff members

The reception staff on our arrival were fantastic! They were very welcoming, explained all the services on offer and were very personable and polite. This was a brilliant way to start our stay and to the two reception staff who were on duty, thank you!

The standout at this hotel was the staff. All of the staff at the front desk were super warm and friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location, that is easily walkable to many shops, restaurants and the metro. Cleanliness is top notch. The only con like in any Parisian hotel is the small room size.

Overall good hotel, great location and very friendly staff. The big and main issue was that their AC was not working and since Paris had exceptionally hot days the room was extremely hot, which completely disrupted sleeping. Opening windows was not an option due to street noise. Staff was helpless due to their systems apparently. For a hotel that is not cheap at all, this was a big minus, that you cannot have a comfortable sleep.
