Accueil : Par téléphone, on m’avait confirmé que je pourrais prendre une douche au spa en attendant ma chambre. Sur place, la réceptionniste a refusé sèchement. Service : TV en panne, demande d’intervention restée sans suite. La même réceptionniste a été hautaine au départ quand j’ai donné mon avis. Points positifs : Chambre impeccable, veilleur de nuit très professionnel. Points négatifs : Accueil désagréable, promesse non tenue, problème technique

Séjour catastrophique

Très déçu du séjour avec déjà quelques confusions à l'accueil concernant le paiement de notre petit déjeuner. Une chambre assez petite comparée aux autres BW . Au petit déjeuner, il n'y avait plus rien même pas un bout de pain, il a fallu attendre 20/ 30 mn pour quelques pancakes glacés et 3 mini viennoiseries. Nous avons l'habitude de passer par hotel. com mais là c'était vraiment catastrophique.

A fuir lorsqu'il fait chaud ! Aucune chambre climatisée, chambre donnant sur une rue avec beaucoup de passage. Ventilateur insuffisant dans la chambre. Donc, passage dans cet hôtel en hiver seulement !

Chambre confortable mais très petite et mal agencée. Grand WC d’un côté mais de l’autre, impossible de se croiser dans la chambre… balcon agréable. Petit déjeuner correct. Sans plus. Wifi très mauvais. Enfin demander 15€ / personne pour accéder 1h au spa/piscine est simplement du vol.

Les chambres sont confortables et propres, le balcon était très agréable. Par contre le jacuzzi dans l’espace spa n’était pas propre, l’eau étais trouble et avec la mousse du aux jets il y avait beaucoup de dépôt sur les rebords. Dommage..Nous sommes resté moins longtemps que prévu au spa.

Très bon accueil, propreté très bien, nous avons profité du SPA le seul bémol est la panne du Hammam. et dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de parking plus grand, le deuxième jour il a fallu chercher dans les rues voisines une place.
