The only downside about this property: it is located in a dark and sticky alley with some dirty water that street food vendors dumped. And it's a busy alley with a lot of traffic at shooting speed. Very scary when you walk.

The location is walkable from the Phayathai BTS station. The room was spacious and clean. Make sure to bring your own toothbrush because they do not provide it. The staff are prompt in attending to your requests or concerns. Breakfast is okay, but they do not serve hot water or perhaps they just had difficulty communicating in English language. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We were supposed to extend. Initially, we were charged 1200Baht but when I was about to finalize, they suddenly told us that it's 1300Baht. Thus, we did not opt to extend.

Very spacious and clean. One thing we would like to have one or two more chairs or benches for sitting and luggage. We don’t like to leave luggage on the floor. It’s a big room with one chair and bench only.

Loved our stay there. Breakfast was good, not a lot of variety but it’s breakfast, not break-feast! The room was huge and clean. Relatively quiet except for stomping from upstairs but that stopped before 10pm. Great location, with proximity to BTS stations / airport link. Food easily found.

La proximité avec deux stations du BTS est un grand avantage. La chambre a été rénovée, mais le mobilier est de base; une 2e chaise ou un fauteuil auraient été appréciés. Il y avait une petite fuite d'eau en provenance d'un luminaire; même si je l'ai mentionné et que quelqu'un est venu vérifier, la réparation n'a pas été faire.
