A pior experiência da nossa vida, a pousada é péssima em todos os sentidos, quartos sujos com muito cheiro de mofó, aqui no site fala que tem wifi ar condicionado, mais la falta energia no quarto direto a Internet não pega no quarto, os funcionário da recepção extremante com cara ruim mau olha na sua cara, não vale nem 150 a diária!

A pousada tem que melhorar o atendimento.

Razoável. Nos colocaram em apartamento cuja porta do WC não fechava. Fomos para outro, cuja porta de entrada tínhamos que fazer um grande esforço para fechar. No segundo dia, fomos surpreendidos com a informação que deveríamos tomar café da manhã na pausada ao lado, que faz parte do complexo, e que aceita caravanas, onde havia cerca de 300 pessoas. Nos outros dias, o café foi na pousada, mas os itens do café acabavam cedo, limitando as opções. Muitas muriçocas e até baratas no quarto.

A poucos passos da praia. Em grande parte a solo é areia branca e passarelas em cimento com grama. Bem ventilado. Frigobar novo. piscina boa. Café da manhã pode ser melhor. Preço justo (R$200,00). Local agradável e paisagens lindas nas próximidades e com futuros melhoramentos na infraestrutura o que trata mais conforto e lazer aos hóspedes.

Pousada não pode nada! No anúncio poderia não pode falando que nao pode bebida, piscina só até 18h, não pode ouvir som qualquer em caixinhas, mesmo na piscina. Condições do meu quarto horrível, cortinas velhas, geladeira com odor, banheiro sem funcionar direito e a tv em uma posição que não tem como assistir da cama.

Decepcionante, pois fotos apresentadas no site das acomodações não condizentes com às oferecidas no momento do check-in, com atendimento ruim. Pousada bem estruturada, mas se adaptando...

Pousada enorme. Bem estruturada, recomendo. Ótima área de lazer e estrutura. Sempre se aperfeiçoando. Porém, recepção lenta. Passei uns 15 minutos esperando alguém aparecer para o chek-in (foram almoçar e não deixaram ninguém substituto). Existe um claro "apartheid" entre os blocos novos e os antigos.Senti um certo desconforto com a preferência que era dada no atendimento do bloco mais top (da imagem principal da pousada). Até as panelas iam tudo para a outra cozinha. Sei que devido a pandemia, decidiram dar preferência para uma das cozinhas e evitar gastos, mas senti um certo abandono da cozinha para o bloco A e D, onde estávamos, principalmente no que se refere à cozinha. Tudo vinha do bloco top. Havia janta disponível apenas no top. Café da manhã meio bagunçado, confuso, esperava muito para repor itens que acabavam e vinham da outra cozinha. Mas acredito que seja algo transitório, como falei, estão crescendo e com isso é preciso se reorganizar.

Recanto da COVID-19.

A pousada não garantiu os protocolos de segurança contra a pandemia de Covid-19. Muitos hóspedes e funcionários sem máscara máscara de proteção facial e sem álcool em gel para a higienização das mãos. Só havia um totem com frasco de álcool em gel vazio e mais nada. Quarto sem telefone no quarto.
