The receptionist Jacob was very helpful in navigating the area. The hotel is very clean and the staffs are helpful. Jacob really helped us, as we had to change to city express by mariott. Thanks a lot

No Frills, Nice Breakfast

The rooms were tiny, but the showers were hot and the breakfast was nice. It's a no nonsense kind of a place. The people at the front desk are not very friendly, but it worked. If I go to Cancun again, I would go back to this place. It's not luxury, but it's fine.

It’s true that the air conditioning made a loud noise and without it the room was too hot. Breakfast is very basic. There much better options in the area. Good thing we didn’t stay long.

No hot water.Shower soace not clean.Tried to call reception,call eon’t go out. When it finally did after several attempts, could here clearly. In another time reception won’t answer. Receptionist was with her baby at work.

La palabra Marriott es solo un adorno en el nombre de este hotel. Las instalaciones requieren mantenimiento en general. Un olor en el ascensor, en el pasillo y en las habitaciones de sucio o del uso del desinfectante con el sucio inundaba el ambiente. Baños en malas condiciones, de las dos habitaciones una tenía el aire acondicionado dañado. Toallas rotas, cortinas de baño a punto de caerse, tapas de pocetas ausentes, duchas con hongos, aire acondicionado con sonidos. Lo único aceptable fueron las disculpas de la chica del lobby, América, que escuchó los reclamos. Fallas en la gerencia del hotel. Para ser una ciudad que vive del turismo, del turista extranjero que trae dólares a este ciudad y país, este hotel ha sido gestionado como un hotel de carretera. Lamentable decepción.

El desayuno debería tener más variedad, al menos 5 días los huevos eran iguales, falta otro guisado. La fruta 6 de 7 días siempre fue sandía, debería variar y al menos 2 tipos como melón y papaya. Con relación a las habitaciones falta mantenimiento, pintar paredes, modernizar los aires acondicionados. Ya no dejan Kleenex. Las toallas algunas ya están rotas. Más opciones de almohadas

Se tardaron 40 minutos en darme habitación, 20 minutos, haciendo fila y 20 minutos en lo que me asignan una habitación, tienen a tres personas trabajando en la Recepcion, pero atienden 1 × 1 que tiene que pasar en el proceso de dos personas y la tercera comunicando con Soporte, porque no sabía hacer algo, mi reservación la había hecho con más de una hora de anticipación, sin embargo, su proceso deja mucho que desear al final cuando me asignaron una habitación, no me entregaron llave porque no servía su grabadora de tarjetas, y al entrar a la habitación, estaba todo el piso mojado, tanto en el baño como en la habitación después de haber pasado 40 minutos en Recepcion, harto y al ver tantas deficiencias, supe que quejarme, sólo haría más largo y duro mi proceso de descanso, es un mini Hotel, no creo que haya mayor problema en dar un trato digno, creía que el servicio en Tulum era de flora, hasta que asistía a ese hotel en Cancún) y me di cuenta que siempre hay una oportunidad de superar
