The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved that the hotel is very close to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. In 20 minutes you are at the harbor with the U-Bahn. Room and hotel was clean. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. There is a bakery near by and we went there for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice, modern, clean and quiet rooms. Super close to local amenities and travel, some bars and restaurants nearby if need be or you can take the S or U-Bahn into the centre easily. Breakfast is very expensive and lacks options

Great location spacious rooms

Great hotel with good prices The receptionist is kind and helpful too. The breakfast is fine and covers everything you need. Location is great too and close to many supermarkets and restaurants and train and bus service. There is a large carpark near to it which connects nicely to the hotel via basement-2. Howeyit costs 18 euro per day.

Staff was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. Bus and intercity train station less than 5 minute walk away and can get you to any area in Hamburg easily and not very expensive. Clean, safe transit system! Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and had air conditioning that worked very well. Would absolutely stay here again of travelling to Hamburg

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at your property. The room was very clean and comfortable. However, the cleaning crew had not taken the trouble to ensure that the soap and shampoo dispensers were filled. They clearly had not be replenished in a very long time. I was also surprised that the room - supposedly a business room - did not have tea/coffee making facilities.

Professionel bed making - cozy room.

The Hotel is new and it is situated by a station which is very practical. I really appreciate that I was welcomed 1 hour before check in time. Thank you for that. I want to give credit to the hotel: they make the bed in a proper way - the sheet is tied around the matress (not the duvet!). Nice beds. Overall a cozy room. The breakfast room is nice. Most of the breakfast is fine - only the bread and rolls are not ok - they really need a quality update.

Comfortable and Convenient

We chose this fairly new hotel because it was within walking distance of the home of my niece and her family, whom we were visiting. It turned out to be a great location - close to a train station (local and regional service) and with lots of eateries, groceries, drug stores and other conveniences nearby. The room didn't have a lot of space for clothes - I think the hotel caters to conferences and other short stays - and one day we had to ask three times for fresh towels when housekeeping forgot to leave them for us; but overall it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

Hamburg Visit

Hotel staff was very nice. I did not have breakfast because I thought it was way too expensive. Nice restaurants are located in short walking distance from the hotel. City rail, transportation and bus transportation is less than a block away. The rail station gets quite sketchy at night. Lots of scary people from other countries hanging out, smoking weed. Lots of garbage on the ground.
