Excellent hotel and spa facilities. The reception area was friendly and efficient. The room was very nice. The restaurant was very good. You should make reservations for any spa treatments in advance.

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage mit super SPA-Bereich

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Lage, Service, Komfort,- alles sehr, sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel vermittelt durch seinen Baustil, seine innere Gestaltung und die vielen alten Bilder von Bad Altheide der letzten 100 Jahre eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Hotel kann man nur bestens weiter empfehlen, ebenso den Wellnes & SPA - Bereich.

Zimmer für kleine Leute :)

das von mir bewohnte Zimmer war für ein DZ recht klein geraten. Kaum Platz um die 2 zusammen geschobene Betten herum, eindeutig zu klein für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Außerdem habe ich ein Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett bestellt und (s.o.) ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten bekommen. Das Restaurant, Bedienung und Service ohne Beanstandungen.
