Beautiful hotel in a great location. Good breakfast and lovely spa facilities. The staff are all very friendly are helpful. Note: There are no parking facilities unless you want to pay ÂŁ30 for valet off site parking.

The spa is awesome, including 3 different pools/sauna's and steam rooms. The ambience is so relaxing ... exactly what we wanted BUT it comes at an high price. The attic rooms are the best value but beware, the bed is only a small double.

Perfect central location in Buxton. Very accommodating for our dog. Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Excellent service at reception. The only negative experience was at breakfast which was understaffed at busy times so slower than we would have liked and some buffet items weren't quickly replenished.

This stunning hotel is in a prime location to access beautiful restaurants, bars, opera house & gardens. The spa was great, most enjoyable. All staff were helpful & very friendly. Beautifully decorated rooms & a great selection at breakfast. Will definitely return.

I had a great short break here, the staff, the services and general standards were really good. Only downsides were the bed was two singles put together, and the spa closed at 8pm, probably should be more like 9/10pm, which I didn't expect for ÂŁ360 per night, other than that I'd recommend staying here.

The Crescent was lovely stay. The room was lovely and well-appointed, with an enormous bathroom, great amenities, comfortable bed, and quietly elegant decor. The spa was relaxing with a number of pools and saunas, clean, and well run. We had a light meal in Darwin’s (nice selection of local items) and breakfast in the morning was a great spread. Recommended!!
