Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

PLEASE DON’T BOOK HERE!!!

This place is not eve a hotel… NEVER IN MY LIFE… I Got in the building there was no one there to help me, I spent 3 hours on the phone on a freezing cool weather with Hotels.com and they couldn’t reach the person’s in charge…. I was there with my two minors and at the end I had to pay for a new hotel out of my pocket… the next day call for my refund money and didn’t get my money back from this place. SIMPLE THE WORST OF THE WORST.
