O hotel parece recém reformado. Tudo novinho e limpinho. Pegamos um quarto espaçoso, de frente e com varanda. A cama de solteiro era muito dura, mas pedi um colchão extra e colocaram. Faltam alguns detalhes como ganchos para toalhas e porta papel higiênico no banheiro, mas nada que desabone o local. A localização é central, próxima a tudo que se pode necessitar, inclusive próxima à praia central.

passando por BV em transito procuramos um hotel e vila alaide foi indicado, chegando la fui informado que o unico apartamento disponivel era o super luxo no valor de R$280,00 não disponivel outro com valor menor, agradecemos e na saída ja na rua em frente ao hotel o app Hotel.com me informou a disponibilidade de um apartamento no mesmo hotel alaide com valor de R$224,10 onde avia sido negado na recepção a existencia desta oferta? por Que isso aconteceu Sr. Clovis?

Muito barulho no elevador toda a noite apitando nós andares (esse som poderia ser desligado) um grupo que chegou as 5 da manhã e foram tomar café no andar em cima do quarto. Barulho de cadeiras e falação alta. Impossível de dormir. Banheiro está precisando de uma pintura. Atendimento bom e café da manhã ok

hotel confortável, porém o ar condicionado do quarto 204 não funcionou, reclamamos e não conseguiram nos trocar para outro quarto, como não estão tão calor, acabamos aceitando dormir no quarto. obs wifi não estava funcionando, porém como ficamos somente uma noite não fizemos questão dele a recepcionista Janaina e muito atenciosa e prestativa ta de parabéns.
