There are no staff on site after 2100. If anything were to happen guests need to ring a telephone number. The access and egress to the hotel is very difficult. There is a narrow bridge to enter and access. The hotel rooms were big, the bed was comfortable. A nice outdoor seating area and a small kitchenette. The hotel looks and feels tired. It’s a 20/25 minute walk to Narbonne and the hotel is situated in a dark area. Didn’t feel safe to walk home at night. No public transport

Al llegar el personal que nos atendió fue muy amable, nos hizo una serie de indicaciones y recomendaciones que nos fueron muy utiles.La habitación muy amplia y limpia con jacuzzi en buenas condiciones, el agua sale muy caliente y hay que mezclarla con agua fria, se nos informó en recepcion. Hôtel facile à trouver. Accueil agréable. Grande chambre confortable , belle vue au 3ème etage. Literie confortable; salle d eau très agréable avec lumière du jour. Formidable le jacuzzi en chambre. Notre chambre etait impeccable ( aucune vétusté comme lu dans quelques avis). Petit déjeuner assez varié et savoureux mais un peu cher tout de même.
