Nice hotel, close to city centre, good gym

Nice hotel in a "rock & roll theme. Close to the city centre and has it''s own parking garage. The gym is very good for hotel standards. If I have to name a negative; it would've been nice to be able to charge the restaurant on the room and pay it all together, instead of paying each meal/drink seperately.

Not in the heart of the Old Town but very close to it and also within less than 10 minutes walk from/to the bus- and railway station. Clean, stylish contemporary rooms, good beds, working air conditioning.

Very nice hotel, great room and service. Only small details could have lifted the experience, such as a water boiler in the room, and a fridge.

Was better before. Now don’t come here!

Too hot room with AC not working. Neighbours noisy half night. No help from reception. Breakfast with long waiting and most of plates empty. Room with nearly no toilet paper and no spare roll. On top of all expensive room.

Great and clean hotel with real nice guys at the reception. 10min from the airport by car or express bus, near the Cyber city and in front of a supermarket. Good bus connections to the city center. Rooms were nice designed and clean, bathroom big and comfortable. I liked my stay there a lot! :)

Great hotel but horrible restaurant service

It was a great stay, reception staff superb! Very helpful. Negative thing the restaurant, ordering a simple burger was even embarrassing, ordered a blue cheese burger with no onion and delivered a jalapeño burgués with onion! And when I said this they replied that if I wasn’t allergic I could eat the onion! Really? Eat it yourself! Also I asked if was possible to add bacon or avocado and it was like ordering a unicorn! That add up was impossible to do I was told, but you have it in the menu, yes but can’t be added in may case…. Ridiculous response! Anyway I might come back to the hotel but never to that restaurant not even for breakfast just in case I’m forces to eat onions too hahahaha

Not as it used to be - but still a good choice

The smiles and the exceptional service is gone. You can see that they have had consultants saving every "unnecessary" cent everywhere. But it is still a good choice at a good price. The breakfast is nice with fresh bread (no butter anymore - I know it got expensive). Not possible to get mustard to the sausages. There is a well equipped shop across the street. Why did noone in the staff take an initiative? All those small things that make a difference. And give 5 stars instead of 4.
