Great Value for Money Apartment, Central Location

Great 1 Brm apartment in ideal location close to Southern Cross Station but also only 2 blocks from city centre and 20 mins walk to MCG/Tennis Centre. Self check in was easy and apartment roomy and very quiet at night so good to sleeping. We will certainly stay here again when in Melbourne. Also great value for money.

The property had great views from the 38th floor, easy access to public transport, nice soft bed and pillows, quite and spacious. One negative, no wine glasses. We will stay again.

We enjoyed staying in our apartment, it was central, so the location was great. Love that a washing machine was available. Our apartment was clean & quiet. There was a little bit of superficial scuffing on walls & the table had some minor circular patches on the laminate. I took pics as of these as they were not caused by us. Our hosts were easy to communicate with & were supportive as we were going through the loss of a family member. I recommend this property & I would happily stay again.

Bond was not refunded if not ask.

The property itself is good and comfortable. Just need to be aware the bond paid to the management company. They chased me to paid $300 beforehand and assured the refund withint 3-5 days on check out. I hear nothing after more than 10 days and chased them. They just asked for the bank to pay the refund. Haven't received yet. Actually they can just pay to where I transferred the fund to them but take no action. If I forget, they would pocket the bond......

I love the area this apartment is in, only problem is that the aircon was no good so the ventilation in the flat was a bit how ya doing. The other problem also is that there were wind noise going through and didn't know how to fix it. Otherwise it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
