Nice room in an old industrial building, which made it special. Self service check in, Breakfast very basic. The sausage were cold, and the eggs over cooked.

Nice hotel close to shopping and a train station

The hotel is nice and quiet with a comfortable bed and a little kitchen. Everything was clean and in good shape. There is a shopping center close by with a grocery store and other shops. The hotel is right next to a train station, where there are lots of trains, that will take you to Hamburg central station in about 15 minutes. All though the trains are near by, you don't hear them in the hotel room, when the window is closed. Check in and check out is self service, but it's very easy, and the staff in the restaurant can help you, if you are having troubles. Cleaning is every third day. The cleaning person came at 9.30, which was a bit too early for me. I prefer, that cleaning happens after I leave for sightseing. I just told him to come back later though, which he did, so it wasn't a big problem. Just a little annoying. All in all I was pleased with my stay and will definitely recommend to stay here.

New Years Eve in Hamburg

We had a perfect room for the New year celebration in Hamburg. Top floor balcony with nice views. This last minute booking gave us everything we needed for our stay. The staff was pleasant and very friendly. The stay was close to all our shopping needs during our stay.

Happy exhibition traveler

Hotel was happy surprise. Good price level for this kind of hotel with tidy rooms and very good location. Train connections was between 15-30min including walking to Hamburg main railway station. Lot of nice small restaurant just 5-10min walk away.
