Hotel is very comfortable and closed to Meidan Square. Very clean and comfortable. Close to attractions and easy connection.
Will visit again for sure.
Fantastic location, right in the heart of things. Lovely friendly staff, including their very efficient airport shuttle driver, and a terrific rooftop restaurant with great views on both sides for breakfast and lunch. Fab value and would be my No.1 choice for my next visit to Tbilisi.

Noisy neighbours
My room was with a view of the Castle which overlooked a very noisy and busy street. At night it was very hard to sleep, even with the good quality windows which blocked the outside noise partially. The area is very close to Tbilisi nightlife and at weekends is quite noisy with drunken revellers enjoying Tbilisi. This was added to by street dogs barking all night, and Georgian Police vehicles hooting their sirens to move taximen parked up nearby. All of this made sleeping almost impossible. The ensuite WC had a serious issue with odour eminating from the pipework, an obvious problem with the drainage system which left a terrible stink in the WC. The ensuite door had to be left closed at all times to prevent the smell spreading to the bedroom area. Beeakfast was ok but more cooked options would have been welcome, the veranda is very nice to sit and have a morning coffee. This is the highlight of the day when staying at this hotel, its calm and relaxing unlike the night time. The hotel is ideally situated in central Tbilisi for all tourist attractions, is clean and welcoming but its far too noisy in the surrounding area to be called relaxing.
The Hotel was close down. We stayed outside till find another one from Supermarket workers. There was a contact number onto the door, we called and he disnt speak english just shout no open no open ! We write you regarding this but you only send this mail. So I llhave always question mark regarding Expedia deals . How can it be ?
I booked suites rooms and I got double rooms , the smell was so strong hey repaint the room , cockroach in the restroom I, i well never book this hotel a gain

The staff was terrible at the front desk.. room was to include breakfast..even showed my Expedia reservation that showed it was included. Front desk still said no. Contacted Expedia..they called hotel..hotel was nasty to Expedia..so Expedia just gave me a credit on my account. On another occasion,my husband asked to desk if they had change because we wanted to keep each coin they use in the country as a momento...once again nasty and not helpful, he had to go across the street to the convience store to get help.
I loved the location, right near the fortress and old town

Zu wenig fūr 3 Sterne
Zimmer klein, laut von Straßen und Kneipen. Lage zentral.

Excellent location. Helpful staff. The highlight was the delicious breakfast served on the rooftop terrace with views of the fortress. The room was quite small but otherwise comfortable. I would stay here again.
The receptionist told me that I can leave for the airport less than 2 hours before my flight. I don't think that is a good advise.
Beware that there are several Bars behind the hotel and the music is very loud.
The hotel is great, and the service was excellent. It would have been useful to have a kettle in the room, however, every time I needed boiled water they brought it to me (I was cleaning baby bottles). After booking, they even called me to offer the airport shuttle service, which was good and at a reasonable price.
My room was spacious, with enough spaces to even push the stroller around.
The location is great, at walking distance to the main sites, but this same feature is a downside for light sleepers, which is not my case, if the room looks to one of the main streets of the Old Town.
I would totally recommend this hotel
Everything about this hotel was pretty good except one thing - the noise. The hotel is surrounded by bars and nightclubs, and the music will keep you awake very late if you're a light sleeper. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful with anything I needed. Wifi worked great. Room was a bit small, but that's okay. I should have brought earplugs.
Very conveniently located in old town and close to many historic points of interest and good restaurants; staff speak English exceptionally well, are could not be more helpful and responsive; roof terrace is used for breakfast with indoor and outdoor seating areas. Get there in good time for a suitable table; good variety of foods for breakfast.
