Staff and service were great! Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. We had a room with a balcony that overlooks the park. There was also a fireplace which was nice after our evening beach walk. We would definitely stay again!

No laundry and I couldn't find the ice machine. The curtains in the room were outdated and windows hard to open. Breakfast was adequate. Coffee is better than average. The best thing about the hotel is the location, an easy walk to the mission and downtown. Also not far from the pier and beach.

The inn is adjacent to a park where homeless spend the day — the night I was there, a drunk vagrant was having a loud conversation with an imaginary friend at 2am. Staff got him to leave after I couldn’t, but it ruined a good night’s sleep. Otherwise, the hotel itself was fine. Restaurant was closed for renovation, but there is a row of shops and restaurants behind the hotel that are pretty good.

The Location was perfect. The staff were all very nice and friendly and helpful. the proximity to downtown Ventura was great, within walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, shopping and activities.
