Hotel was easy to get to, especially if you are new to driving in Italy (like myself!) No ZTL if you enter through Porta Romana. Valet parking made it super easy. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even held my rental car post check out so I could attend a local meeting. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable as well. Thank you to the staff for making my family’s stay easy for us!
After an adventurous drive to the hotel, check-in and valet parking were easy and painless. The hotel staff were wonderful, and the property was beautiful. Our room had lots of character, while our traveling companions’ room was more traditional. After lots of experimentation, we gave up on the A/C, and just opened our window, which kept the room very comfortable. The location provided easy access to all of Orvieto’s shops, dining and landmarks. The Duomo is incredible, and we found the €8.00 fee to see the inside well worth it. The hotel’s breakfast was a really nice way to start the day. The food quality and selection was great, and the dining area was spacious and really comfortable. We would definitely recommend the experience! Thanks!
Very clean and convenient, nice that it was past the main part of town opposite side of city from vernacular which made it quiet but close. ( there is a nearby shuttle, or a 15 minute walk with bags…). The hotel gives you a feel that you are staying in a room of a castle.
Love my stay at this small hotel in the beautiful town of Orvieto. I had a room on the third floor with a small window that overlooked the quaint street below. Service was always offered with a smile and the location was perfect.
Delightful property away from the busy areas of the city, but within easy walking distance to everything you might want to see. Staff was efficient and the room was as good as any I have stayed in.
Tastefully designed hotel, in a great location to feel the city vibe.
Great breakfast was offered, with so many options.
Great staff - great service and attention to details, by all!
Wish we had another night in Orvieto, and as it is close to Rome - I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you all for such a lovely experience!
