Good hotel em phi phi

Good hotel close to the center of phi phi. The room is big and very clean. I liked. The WiFi was ok, a bit weak sometimes. Nice pool in front of the sea.

Amazing, clean and easy to find

We booked a bungalow for 2 nights, it was very big! The room was nice and clean and the AC was very good. The staff were lovely and even carried our bags to our bungalow. The pool is amazing. The restaurant food was really nice too. Would stay again!

Fantastic area near to the markets and easy access to the ferry (about 10-15 min walk). Clean room, only negative was the drainagae system in the bathroom. There was a hole cut out for the shower water to drain but this was the other side of the room and past the toilet. Needed to mop up the water (with towels) after each shower use otherwise we were walking through water to get to the toilet. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Stunning view, cozy lovely music plays in this restaurant ! AC works well. but the bathroom and the door of my room were malfunctioned. An outdated room ok for a night or two. Friendly and helpful staff. Come again.

This place was not what I expected from the photos at all. The atmosphere is off. There was a person outside the hotel every morning screaming on a megaphone at 5am. It is not anything like the photos. There was only one charging port in the whole room. The staff were sweet though. Smelled super fragrant with scented cleaning products.

Firstly, reception and the name of the resort was very poorly signposted - ourselves and a number of other guests missed reception and took a long time to find it. Other than the reception/restaurant area, the resort is very run down and not appealing. Our room was right above the Muslim prayer room so it was very noisy, particularly at unsociable hours. The bathroom was awful - uneven floor led to lots of standing water which would not drain away until cleaning came the following day, leaving the bathroom unusable. Bathroom was also unpainted and very run down. Bed was comfortable and room/balcony were spacious, but the bathroom really let down our stay. Location was very good, close to the pier and bars/restaurants in the centre.

Comfortable stay

The stay was very comfortable. Cheap in was easy. We couldnt get into the room till 2 which is fine as the receptionist said we could lay and go into the pool if we wanted. Getting there was very easy. We had large backpacks on and it was a 5 minute walk. Its very easy to find, even when a tad drunk. Hahaha The only issues we had was the showers were cold and the toliet gets blocked very easy (and no we didnt put toilet role down the loo)

What to expect on Phi Phi

Good location - calm, but near everything. Nice staff. Good restaurant. Pool with great views. But I would not recommend staying the night at Phi Phi islands. The island is small, not clean, crouded, smelly, toilets do not work well, hand washing is not available in many places, and everything is old and worn down. We got food poisoning from the island even though we were very picky and careful. I recommend a day trip for island hopping, snorkeling etc. This hotel is also old. They had a warning on the wall ”To privatent losing your value personal belongings, if you would like to clean up your room during your stay, please let us know”. The room had strong smelling fregrance bags, that we had to throw out. Towels were brown in colour. Loud AC. Mosquitos got in the room from the cracks of the doors. Loud noise from speakers every morning at 5am. Hard bed. Reseption was hard to find. Rooms next to abandoned buildings. Still liveable.
Downstairs of the restaurant is closed. Upstairs in use, and has beautiful views.
No beach, even though the hotel is next to the sea.

Give it a miss

This hotel is well past its used by date. They built a new wing or should I say concrete prison cell type construction. Not that anyone watches the TV but they are at least 20 years old.The water wont drain down the drainpipe in the shower because the floor slopes wrong direction. They scare you from cleaning your room..with signs in your room saying they are protecting you from the staff who will steal your things if you want the room cleaned!. They make you wait until 2.30 before they give you a key to go into the room even though it is obviously ready well before. Reception has no customer relations skills. As for the common Toilets when using the pool or restaurant. They are disgusting, The doors are rotting on their hinges. The plants in the courtyard outside the rooms are all dead. Nice view from the more newly built restaurant and food service is good, but that's it. Many places to stay in Phi Phi much better choice than this.

Чудове тихе місце

Приємний тихий готель з якого недалеко іти на Лонг Біч. Номера трохи старі, але просторі, чисті та охайні. Великий балкон під навісом від дощу та сонця. На території готелю тихо, немає ніяких дискотек, зранку пташки. В готельному ресторані чудовий басейн з видом на гори та порт. Кондиціонер в кімнаті не дує на ліжко, що просто супер!))

Checked out within 10 minutes. The complex was disgusting, the hotel rooms felt very unsafe (and the door didn’t lock). The air conditioning didn’t work very well in the room and the bathroom was like a prison cell.
