The Breakfast was good, really clean which I liked. I wished I investigated more about the pool not being open because of reconstruction. Overall it was a really good stay.

Room was clean but you could tell it hasn't been DEEP cleaned in a while. Bed was comfy, breakfast was meh, ok if you cant afford to go out and need to save a few bucks. People living on the property. Walls are super thin and talking in the hallway sounds like they were right in our rooms. I couldnt tell if the full hour long conversation in the hall and constant slamming doors was guests, staff, residence, or what. I'd stay here again but only if nothing else was available.

My room had the most comfortable bed. The room was clean and breakfast was very good, every morning. The individuals at the front desk were always cheerful and helpful. I will always check availability at the Quality Inn in Loudon/Concord when the my travels call for hotel accommodations.

The ice machine was broken for 2 days, the pool is closed for the winter, the security lock fell off as soon as a I touched it , we had 3 large bath towels, no hand or wash cloths, quite frankly the breakfast needs updating badly ( we bring our own food for breakfast). The staff is Is excellent and accommodating. I think all the time and money is going towards the Tilton location
