The staff was very friendly over all definitely a must stay again. The only thing you might want to consider is that if you are planning on going towards San Juan a lot ubering can get pricey but that is all for me.

Great location, great views. Had a lot of amenities to do on the hotel property (Pool tables/bowling etc.) Restaurants on location and enjoyed breakfast in the morning and happy hour in evenings. The staff helped decorate the room before we got there for our 25th Anniversary! Was an incredible trip and we enjoyed staying here at Embassy Suites, we will be back again and recommend to others!!

The rooms have old furniture and disgusting. The staff were great, the lobby and the pool side area was not too bad. I would not recommend any of those Hilton properties for my friends and family.

The pool and grounds are great. The breakfast and onsite restaurants and pool bar and grill were great. The other fun options were great for my teens - bowling go karts and billiards. We loved this resort but the rooms need some significant updating. It wasn’t dirty per se but run down. I hope Hilton gives this resort some love because it can be phenomenal if they do.
