The hotel is very nice and location location location excelent. BUT it is a one man show bar tender receptionist etc. We were at the end of the corridor 1st floor. Wiffi very very POOR.

Absolutely loved Hotel St. Sulpice - lovely boutique hotel and will book next trip to Paris. Highly recommend if you like quiet, smaller scale and friendly staff. Merci!

Quiet little hotel behind the saint Sulpice church. The hotel has a lovely little courtyard which feels intimate, the staff were lovely and helpful and the rooms clean and well furnished. Great location close to many good restaurant choices or a stroll through jardin Luxembourg.

The hotel is small with a small and welcoming staff that make you feel at home and are anxious to be helpful. It feels more like a small inn. Service was excellent. Location is excellent. This is an excellent value.

Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful. My 14-year-old daughter and I had a very pleasant 7 night stay there recently. Our return flight got cancelled and rebooked for the next day, and arrangements were quickly made for us to stay for an extra night in the same room, and we were even offered free breakfast for the inconvenience we were experience because of the flight cancellation. Even though we didn't take advantage of the breakfast as we're not big breakfast eaters, the gesture was much appreciated.

Tucked in a quiet street behind the beautiful Saint Sulpice church. A block from Luxembourg Gardens. Very close to a lot of restaurants, shops and metro stops. You cannot beat the location. The staff are very friendly. The room is small but typical of European hotels, and has a very Parisian feel. May not be for everyone, but we really like the ambiance. You feel like you’re a guest in somebody’s big house. The center courtyard is a charming feature!

This was listed as a 4 star hotel - it certainly is not that. It is however very clean, comfy and well located. The vast majority of staff I found to be friendly and helpful, especially Marcol. There is one male staff member who worked the night desk several nights who was rather rude and unprofessional. I like nightlife and will frequently arrive back at the hotel later than most other guests. He had the front doors locked - no problem - except when I was finally able to get him to come open them, he seemed quite irritated with me. He would sleep I’m the lobby on the couch, which I don’t care about, but at least 3 times he would say rude things to me until I finally had to say something to him. That seemed to change his behavior, but I shouldn’t have to be put in that position. Overall, the hotel stay was a positive experience and I would stay there again.

Comfort and convenience, with a few quirks

Stayed for three nights while in Paris briefly for a friend's wedding. Check-in was very easy and it was great that they were able to give me a room earlier than normal check-in since I had travelled overnight and needed to clean up. The room was very comfortable and the location was super convenient both for the weekend's festivities and for accessing le Metro. My only two issues were: 1. You couldn't have the windows open without the blackout curtains in front of them because there was no other option for covering the windows, which looked out onto a small courtyard...and all the other rooms' windows. 2. My check-out was much longer than necessary. Person checking me out was nice enough but first seemed fixated on booking a taxi for me, even though he couldn't do it quickly and i was able to get an uber in about 5 minutes. Then he kept having trouble keeping straight what papers he gave me and didn't give me. Then he asked if I could pay the taxes in cash, which I couldn't because I was about to get on a plane back to the US. Mind you, all of this happened at about 3:30am.
