I liked the fact that breakfast started at 6am and great choice. The windows were fantastic at blocking out sound and blackout curtains really worked. Staaff were friendly and helpful.

Recommended! Nice area and close to the S-bahn and subway. Everything about the hotel was smooth and functioning. (Did not try their breakfast).

Helpful staff

This is a nice area, only ten minutes to walk from Deutsche Opera. The room is very clean and the staff is nice! I was here for a audition, and though I decided to late to ask for a late check out and couldnt get it the staff made sure I was able to use the breakfast room to warm up. All in all very good for a nicer price

Barely a real hotel, tiny “bed” with no pot or coffee maker. The tiny space is like cage, just those little beds for a rest. I don’t know how cheap it can go, even though highly priced.

worst experience

first of all there was no parking space. Staff doesnt pick your call after 6. Very unfriendly night staff. This hotel can be your worst nightmare amd doesnt justify this price. I will make sure to communicate my experience publically.

Wir (2 Erwachsene & 1 Hund) waren für vier Nächte im Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße raus, aber die Fenster sind gut schalldicht, sodass man die Straße nicht hört. Auch von den anderen Hotelgästen hat man nichts gehört. Das Bett war bequem, das Zimmer war sauber, auf Wunsch wurde das Zimmer zwischendurch frisch gemacht. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht getestet und waren stattdessen in den umliegenden Cafés. Außerdem ist es sehr praktisch, dass die U-Bahn Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel ist.

Nachdem der erste Eindruck ganz gut war. Check in war unkompliziert. Die Lobby sah sehr nett und gemütlich aus, kamen wir aufs Zimmer. Oberflächlich betrachtet wirkte es ganz angenehm. Allerdings stellte ich fest, dass eine Bettdecke sehr schmutzig war. Es war ein Blutfleck oder Ähnliches drauf. Ich bat um eine neue Decke und Laken. Eine Mitarbeiterin kam mit einer Decke. Ich bat sie nochmals auch um ein sauberes Laken, worauf sie genervt schnaubte und sich die dreckige Decke immer wieder ansah. Leider funktionierte auch die Klimaanlage nicht. Die Mitarbeiterin versuchte diese zu reparieren. Es funktionierte leider nicht. Sie sagte, dass sie eine Temperatur einstellen kann und die müssten wir dann die ganze Zeit beibehalten. Von dieser Idee war ich nicht sehr begeistert, da ich doch gerne die Temperatur nach Bedarf anpassen, würde. Dies passte der Mitarbeiterin auch nicht, und sie atmete wieder schwer. Zu keiner Zeit hat sie sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt. Sie gab mir die ganze Zeit das Gefühl, dass ich unmögliches verlange. Genervt sagte sie dann, dass ich eben das Zimmer wechseln müsse. Immerhin bestand diese Option. Auch meinen Sohn hat sie extrem unfreundlich, nach Betreten der Lobby, angehalten und nach seiner Zimmernummer gefragt. Ein auf ganzer Linie unprofessionelles Verhalten.
