However, the staff service was beyond expectations - helpful, polite and keen to ensure a wonderful experience. Excellent location if you want proximity to central Amritsar. Evening meals were also excellent!

Getting to the hotel was a challeng, parking is tight. The staff needs some hospitality lessons. The room was dirty, the view was not good. Not good value for money.

Staff are rude

The staff receptionist was very rude. They keep saying not included in our booking. Explaining alot of things about the free breakfast is not included and all even i showed the details. Until he called manager to confirm gis understanding and he was wrong. It made me upset coz everything he say.. you must pay etc etc., they even provide the free mineral water.. the room is for a family.. all items are only good for 2 in the family roon

It wasn’t a great experience at cozzett stay, the rooms were not tidy, the photos are very different of what is being showed on the website. I would not recommend this hotel for anyones family or friends
