Good - with a little trouble

The hotel is situated right in the city center with very easy and quick access to the shopping street and also to the beach front. Nice restaurants in the area. The drawbacks are the breakfast and the lifts. The breakfast is very unorganized and there is not enough room to sit all guests. You have to wait in a relatively long line, and inside the breakfast room the various things are placed in a very peculiar order, that makes the lines even longer. The lifts are very slow and creates long waiting lines. One lift was out of order from Saturday afternoon through Sunday - leaving one lift for 13 floors. Not optimal.

Fine and no noice.

We had a room on 10th floor with a very nice view over the city and harbour. The hotel is new and good sound isolated, we did not hear any notice even though our room was next to the elevator. Rooms are not big, but fine.The free breakfast is ok, but to many people and staff have a very hard time to fill up,so unless you go early expect quees.

A good experience.

Room: as expectet for the price. We had a good experience. Breakfast: Feels like the breakfast facilities is dimentioned for half the hotel. Really difficult to find somewhere to sit. Its also really inefficient since most of the tables ar for 6 people. Since most of the customers are 2-3 people this lead to a lot of empty seats no one can use. Service: One of us had ordered an uber after check out. It got cancelled for some reason. The reception helped an got a taxi there within 2 minutes. Thousand thank you as we say in Norway.

Centralt beliggende. Sur og ikke særlig imødekommende receptionist ved tjek ind. Han anede intet om parkering i byen. Vi kunne benytte p-huset ved siden af til 2 € pr time 24/7. Der ligger en gratis p-plads 700 meter fra hotellet. Rigtig fine værelser og gode senge. Værelser bliver kun rengjort hver 3 dag og selv om vi hængte skilt på døren med ønske om nye håndklæder blev de ikke skiftet. Der var 2 poser kaffe på værelset da vi ankom de blev heller ikke fyldt op. Ligesom skraldespanden ikke blev tømt.

Unfassbar tolle Betten, Empfang sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Bushaltestellen in der Nähe sowie Parkhaus. Direkte Nähe zur Halle des THW Kiel. Warmes Frühstück mit interessanten Gerichten. Kein öffnen der Fenster möglich. An der Bar waren nicht genügend Gläser vorhanden. Beim Frühstück wird kein Tisch abgewischt und bei Käse/Wurst gab es fast nur leere Platten und ohnehin kaum Auswahl.
