Very convenient as a tourist in the area. Walkable distance to restaurants and shopping. Very quiet at nigh time, comfy beds, and impeccable in the cleaning concern. Im so glad i booked it!!!

Das Zimmer war sauber aber sehr klein. Großes Manko: Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank und nur Pappbecher. Vor allem das mit den Pappbechern sollte geändert werden.

Wir kamen (wie angekündigt) erst sehr spät am Hotel an. In diesem Fall ist ein Selbst-Check-In an einem Terminal möglich. Ganz toll ist, wenn einem das Hotel zuvor 3x Nachrichten mit einer falsche Buchungsnummer zusendet, die man für den Check-In am Automaten zwingend benötigt. Notfall-Kontakt-Nr. war darübe hinaus nicht erreichbar. Ein anderer Gast meinte nur, es gäbe häufiger Probleme mit dem Check-In Automaten. Nach 20 Versuchen (Groß-/Kleinschreibung unterschiedliche Kombinationen von Nachname und Code), viel Gefluche und kurz vor dem Aufgeben hatte ich letztlich mit einer Bestätigungsnummer aus der Expedia-App erfolg. Durch solche einen Fehler in Verbindung mit einen Automaten, der keine Fehler verzeiht, entsteht ein sehr schlechter Eindruck beim Gast.

Chambre quadruple idéale pour un séjour en famille à Ludwigshafen. Très bien situé, en plein centre, Rhein Galery à proximité, transport en commun juste en bas de l’hôtel, parking à moins de 5 minutes. Personnel très accueillant et propreté impeccable !

Unkomplizierter und moderner Check in, Zimmer war sauber und für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend eingerichtet. Habe mich wohlgefühlt und konnte gut schlafen.

Anfahrt mit Auto möglich, da vis à vis Parkhaus Einkaufscenter vorhanden. Getränke- und Snackautomat vorhanden, mit magerer aber teurer Auswahl. Reception nur zu gewisser Uhrzeit vorhanden. Tipp: zusätzliche Handtücher vorab einholen. Wir waren mit Kindern zu Silvester vor Ort, Zimmer war bei Eintritt kalt, Klimagerät durch Voreinstellung nicht voll bedienbar.

Super: Echte 4 Betten (kein Schlafsofa)! Sauber und gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Weniger gut: Laute Gegend, Keine Parkplätze, man muss selber Parkhaus suchen in einer eher unsicher wirkenden Gegend. An der Rezeption war zu keinem Zeitpunkt jemand zu sehen. Wir sind abends 1900 angereist. War allerdings kein Problem da alles funktioniert hat mit checkin Automat.

Multiple stays in the past. Solid comfort Hotel with good employees. Rooms are clean, equipped on Standard Level. Breakfast (extra pay) is good, to. Buns, sausages, cheese, eggs available as salad. Fruits, joghurt and cereals are included in the breakfast buffet. Good coffee-machine.
