Everything was great, location was perfect. Staff amazing. Friendly , smiles. Accommodating. The only reason I did not give all star rating was they did not have plugs easily accessible. They also did not have lamps with charging ports for the phones.

Pros: Nice and helpful staff, easy check in process, decent breakfast, nice decor in lobby and in rooms. Cons: The hotel could really use an upgrade. While the overall look and layout of the hotel is nice, when you take a closer look you really start to notice how shoddy the various repairs are which kinda detracted from the overall experience.

I greatly enjoyed the location and value of this hotel. It’s in the Armory Square downtown, close to many restaurants, bars and boutique stores (vintage video games, record store). I’ve heard parking can be a challenge. For me, it was a nice local stay where I could check out some stores, restaurants and the Landmark Theater- MJ Musocal.
