I would recommend this hotel to other people. It's very reasonably priced and the staff is awesome. Since it's an outdoor pool, kind of missed out on that. It's freezing outside. Definitely an overall good place

So far this place has been great. They worked with me with a couple issues that I had with checking in and staying in the same room. They allowed me to check in a little earlier than their proper check-in time after my long drive I was very tired and I really appreciate it going to my room earlier than expected. I would definitely come back here again

It was a great stay for what I paid. I was offered an upgraded suite so worth it!! However The hallways did smell like cigarettes and under my bed there was some old cookies my dog found. Thankfully he didn’t eat them he just pulled them out. There was also a lot of staining around on the carpet. Good overall, next time need to visit during pool season.

Pet friendly, clean, comfy, all that I expected, I will definitely stay again, I loved the coziness and the gas fireplace, I was there for Christmas week from Florida and the snow and the fireplace made it extra special! We were very comfortable staying there. My only complaint is our room was next to an exit door and I was awakened often by slamming of the door at all hours of the night. We had our dog with us and felt comfortable with her. Staff was very friendly. Good coffee

Steven at the front desk was incredibly nice, you can tell he really enjoys his job. He was so friendly and it seems genuine. He checked me in upon arrival and then I saw him the next morning when I went to breakfast and he was just a nice and pleasant as he was the day before.

I was concerned about some older reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Renata at check-in was great. We were 5 adults and stayed in the superior suite for 2 nights. Rooms, hallways, and breakfast area very clean. Breakfast food and coffee were good. Only complaint was the beds were pretty hard. Hotel is centrally located and quiet. Overall great place to stay.

The room looked clean, spacious, and nice, but the bathroom was dirty; there was hair and feces on the underside of the toilet seat. They hadn't cleaned it, which was disgusting. The entrance to the rooms was also very dirty with a lot of trash lying around. The breakfast was good, which is why I gave it the stars I did.
