Location is very convenient and parking off street was easy. I must admit that I was taken aback by the charge of $100 for my 20lb male woodle dog. In my opinion, “dog friendly” means anything more than dog treats in a cookie jar at check in counter. That being said I enjoyed the stay. The hotel needs a facelift for sure but would stay there again for convenience!!!

I think they should work in few things and the stay would be great the hotel is in a great location but the toilets pressure is horrible u need to flushed out 3-4 times to get it clean and the curtains are old and dirty doesn’t work properly plus the stairs smell bad stuff should be more friendly and welcome guess with a enthusiastic smile and attitude plus remaining the all amenities in the property I didn’t know they serve free breakfast until I check out

Great location. Responsive staff who helped us secure more towels and blankets quickly. They also send HVAC support when it seemed like our AC wasn't working well. The place is not updated: tub had layers of paint or sealant missing so I didn't feel comfortable giving my child a bath. The drain was also SLOW so be prepared to shower in ankle high water. There was **hair on the toilet seat when we first walked in, the coffee pods were expired, and I had very little faith that the carpets and surfaces have ever been deep cleaned..it just feels crusty. The pool was nice but again, a little crusty. Also, we were told to buy parking but when we went to park, ALL OF THE SPOTS were taken. We had to petition LAZ Parking for a reimbursement..which they did reimburse us. I wish the staff had told us that parking was at capacity before we bought the daily pass.
