The hotel was undergoing renovations, but that did not affect us much. Our room was mostly done over and looked great, but the one bed was broken on the corner. The breakfast buffet was perfect for the price and location to the outlet mall is the best you can get. The hot tub was down while there so the winter stays felt a little colder. The staff were all very friendly and we had no issues at all.

Hotel is close to where our activity was. I realize that the place was under going renovations but, our rooms did not have a hair dryer, coffee maker wouldn't work and the phone either. I fixed the phone and a staff member brought us a hair dryer. The beds were nice and our room was clean. The choice of colours is not to my taste, however I will stay there again.

I emailed and called to inquire if their hot tub was open. Never got a hold of anyone and when we arrived they told us the hot tub went out of service that morning. Front desk clerk was ANNOYED that we arrived. The hotel is under some renovation which should be more talked about, not just in reviews. The room was decent, shower was dirty. The lady who worked at the breakfast which multicolour hair was very sweet and on top of making sure everything was full but that everyone had everything they needed!

Staff were very nice. The room was ok. I understand that they are mid-renovations, but we shouldn't have been on the same floor the contractors were working on. The updated room was nice, although the bathroom is tight on space. It will be nice when construction is complete.

I forgot the head cleaning lady’s name. She was excellent and brought us up better pillows. She is awesome! Pillows were very hard and lumpy. Hot tub was broken and you should put that on your website. Breakfast was good and the lady that ran the breakfast was a sweet heart and very kind.

Perfect for our travelling needs. The hot breakfast was nice as was the staff. The room was spacious and very well kept. We did not use the pool or other amenities as it was just a quick overnight stay before continuing our journey the next morning. I would recommend this hotel.

Room was horrible. Carpet was dirty, curtains torn. The jetted tub had duct tape or something as a repair. Bugs dead and alive all over the room. I was going to say shower was great, but water was cold. Guy at check-in was nice. Lady gave an "we are inconveniencing her" vibe. Stayed a couple years ago and we will not be staying again.
