Spent the weekend for AAU basketball tournament. This hotel was very clean, friendly staff and was nice having kitchenette. I don't usually sleep well my first night in a hotel, but bed was very comfortable and was very quiet! Even with the window to front of building. Would definitely stay there again!

Quiet, clean & comfortable! Suburban Studios is our go-to hotel when we frequent the area. The location is super convenient to the area for shopping & dining. It’s located directly off the highway. Handicap parking has always been easily accessible for family members to use as well. The general manager was very friendly & helpful to our special requests, which was very important to us. She made sure checking in & out was an easy task. Much appreciation!

My room did not get cleaned unless I specifically asked. My neighbor blasted his TV all night, every night. The elevator broke down the last two days of my visit, and I had to move all of my belongings from the third floor to my car without a cart. Also, I believe the thermostat is motion-sensored, so I would roast in the middle of the night. Staff was friendly.

I will say the staff was very nice. The room itself was pretty outdated, the floor had a bunch of stains on it and it smelled bad. We had requested more towels and never got them. Elevator smelled like hot tuna. The fridge was great and the amenities were good, AC was COLD (in a good way!) Overall not a bad experience, just could use some updating/maintenance.
