Booked, paid and confirmed through Expedia. Arrived and no room, hotel fully booked. 2 hours trying to sort it out with Expedia. Frustrating. Hotel Staff did find another hotel a ways away for the night. Came back for the remaining two nights. Issues with TV remote and breakfast. Clean and nice staff, but a rough experience. Not inclined to book through Expedia again. Minimal compensation or help from Expedia. Hotel comped most of the stay

Excellent apartment hotel...great location next to Chinatown and close to Downtown...good amenties, helpful staff (thanks Maxime and Maya!) and despite it's proximity to a nearby highway and the convention center, was surprisingly quiet. Definitely recommend staying here!

So the property is nice and clean just like Hilton is: The breakfast was tooo busy specially on weekend and we saw the staff struggle to keep up with it. The hotel is nice and clean , 10 mins walk from old montreal, some uphill roads. The other side was more of downtown and good area. They do have parking in their garage which was helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in Montreal. The room was perfect, loved the balcony and big windows. Breakfast was good. It was in a very convenient location (although there was a homeless mission the next block over which was a little uncomfortable walking past each day, but had no issues). Would stay here again.

Great place for a family stay

Enjoyed a 3 night stay at Homewood Suites. We loved the nice, new decor, and great location next to Chinatown and Old Montreal. We loved breakfast, we were able to walk to some sites, and had dinner options just up the street.

Arrived at 1pm hoping for early check in. Not possible. I’m I’ll wait, no problem. Check in supposed to be 3pm. Gold card holder. Still no room available until 4.27pm. Come on guys you can do better. Especially for loyal Gold customers.
