The place is walking distance to a shopping mall Robinson's Mall that has almost everything you'll need. They have access on the second floor to the mall. Breakfast was not included & way too expensive!!!

This was my best stay at a hotel in Naga. The staff was the best! We stayed for their New Year Celebration and everything was wonderfully set up and the food was delicious. I liked that they had free underground parking and a large Shopping center across the street The rooms are large and the beds are very soft. I love a great shower and this shower has great showers. Roomy and spacious. Can’t say enough nice this about their friendly staff!

Quiet, clean room with a fantastic view. Staff were polite and kind. The slippery tile in the guest room was concerning after taking a shower, and the thermostat controlled aircon was a bit confusing. Despite those problems, I'd recommend a stay at this hotel.

The management needs to learn how to set-up the welcome guest towels. I believed it is very important for the arrival of guests to use towels after cleaning themselves. The service sucks, I have to call 2x to 3x before I get the towels, and you have to request the whole set, otherwise they'll bring you one piece.
