Elevator was not working for 3 days I was there. Ice maker not working on 1st & 2nd floors itwas only available on 3rd floor. Nice clean room and no coffeemaker either. Tolerable but not as advertised. Too bad because it could have been a good stay otherwise.

It was ok, except the room smelled like mold n you can see from the ceilings, the mini fridge was not new, they didn’t do a good job remodeling it that’s for sure, other than that it was straight, staff was lovely, the hotel was quiet, no traffic, it’s not bad

The staff was extremely helpful, professional, personable, & super friendly. It was super quiet the entire stay. The room was absolutely perfect, especially, with me having 2 cats with me, as well. I would highly recommend & definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay!

Staying at Bay.ont was perfect. The location was close to the Galleria, only 15 minutes from downtown, but not in the middle of traffic. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful. It was very safe. I would atay there again without question.

I have been here for almost two weeks, due to house damage from Hurricane. This place and the staff have been great. The room is huge, quiet at night, and comfortable. Been a nice temporary home away from home.
