Alway great to stay with you!

We have been here several times. We have never been disappointed. Alway nice, great wellness area and kind service. This time we had a great room in the main building nearby the restaurant. Only good things to say about the service and welcoming staff.

Alt var super godt som det plejer, men der var et stort MEN.. aldrig har vi oplevet så nedladende spa-personale. Tidligt gjorde vi hende opmærksom på at boblebadet var alt for koldt. Hun sagde, at ingen havde klaget, men hun kunne da tage temperaturen på vandet. Efter flere timer ( hvor hun næsten kun sad og kiggede på computer) kom hun nonchalant tilbage og sagde at vi havde ret, men der blev ikke gjort noget ved det hele weekenden! Boblebadet var alt alt for koldt!!!! Generelt var luft temperaturen i hele spaen til den lave side. Den hyggelige pejs var heller ikke tændt hele weekenden. Hun blev også meget irriteret på os, da vi ikke ønskede at være del af det saunagus som hun tilbød. Hun virkede generelt træt af sit job. Dampbadet er blevet renoveret og fremstår meget flot og funktionelt - der var også nye spændende retter i morgenbuffet. Personalet ved morgenbuffet samt reception var meget imødekommende og flinke.

Fint hotel i gode omgivelser med wellnessafdeling og lækre spisemuligheder. En klar anbefaling at spise i hotellets restaurant, som er blevet nævnt i Michelinguiden, hvilket man godt kan forstå! Søde og imødekommende personaler. Et ophold der var alle pengene værd.

Hyggeligt hotel som ligger ud til hyggelig natur. Flest ældre mennesker, og bedst til par. Fint pool-/spaområde, som var til at komme til, da kun få brugte det. Fælles bad for mænd og kvinder. Vi manglede sæbe på badeværelset, men det kunne ham i receptionen ikke hjælpe med. Først næste dag, da en ny var på arbejde, lykkes det at få sæbe.

4 gode dage

4 nætters ophold. Havde fået "ekslusivt" værelse. Værelset var uden aircondition, og åbent vindue var nødvendigt. Vi måtte derfor leve med megen støj fra Spa'ets ventilationssystem, nærliggende togbane og flyveplads. Værelset var ellers fint omend sofaen havde en form så man havde svært ved at ligge eller sidde. Gode senge. Fint badeværelse. Spiste 2 x på hotellets restaurant, som i øvrigt serverede rigtig god morgenmadsbuffet. Menuen til aften var begge gange fisk. Rigtig veltillavet men lidt i den dyre ende - omkring 1000 kr for hovedret og dessert til to alene med sodavand som drikkevare. God tør cykelparkering - aflåst. Dejlig Spa med spa, forskellige saunaer, kølig svømmebassin og relax afdeling.
