The property is excellent with very good access to the beach. The staff were wonderful especially Anthony the head chef and his staff who gave us such delicious food, they knew exactly what we liked and remembered it each time we were at the restaurant. We loved the very personal service and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Goa.

Unfortunately, throughout the 3 nights when we we there, there were multiple events going on, with loud music thumping away, and huge crowds all over the hotel grounds. We had an amazing time at this well maintained beach-front property. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Thanks for making our stay more pleasant. Various (vegetarian) options for breakfast at in-house restaurant Zest. Other two in-house restaurants Fig and Olive as well as Beach Grill also have good menu. Food was tasty at all 3 restaurants and had very good dinner experience at Beach Grill with live music Special thanks to Prashant and Binita for helping with our early check-in and late check-out requests as possible. Only downside during our trip was exorbitant prices charged by taxi/cab providers when hiring them outside/around the property due to monopoly kind of setting i.e. No ola, uber as well as no outside taxi/cab provider willing to take the ride due to influence of local taxi group in the specific area. This seemed to be the case in south goa specifically. Since Goa is one of the major tourist destination, more transport options shall be made available and expecting hotel/resorts association to influence this.

Excellent and beautiful in every way. Its location is isolated from Cavelossim 3 km to the north such that one must take a cab to get to alternative restaurants at the rate of 1.25/mile. BYI there are no cars for rent at GOI airport but there is a place just before departing the airport doors where they will give a ticket of what should pay your driver to get to the hotel (1330 rupees) so that you won’t get ripped. There are two schedules of taxi charges: the real one, and then the higher what I dub as the hotel rates. We were very fortunate to find an excellent driver with a more spacious, well air conditioned vehicle. We asked him to drive us to the spice farm in the SE corner of Goa and the national park a few miles further southeast. He had never been there before and joined us in the spice tour(outstandingly!). Two days later we asked us to drive us via a short ferry boat ride to Divar island to see some very old cathedrals. He had never been there either. We continued that trip to North Goa only a few block from the ferry slip. Alfred was our driver’s name (ph; 91-9823215674 (taxi GA-08,U7034). A major problem, indeed altercation with management occurred upon departure: they refused to honor two free passes to the Zest Cafe, a breakfast and a dinner. Both my wife and I clearly heard the offer and presented cards to surrender at the cafe. We offered to split the costs of those meals, but they refused. This is a major lack of integrity!

This was our second visit to Holiday Inn Mobor in two years. Had a relaxing time there. Clean rooms, great service, private beach access which is clean and a restaurant being right there on the beach makes it very convenient. Very safe for kids. The food is excellent. The lawns are well manicured, pool is lovely. Overall it's a beautiful property with great food, staff, service and we would visit it again.

Good stay

Really good hotel,facilities excellent,staff really welcoming and helpful Unfortunately many functions going on in the grounds,Awful load distorted head banging music, It spoilt our last night,Had to get up and leave the lovely Italian restaurant,

We stayed for 4 nights. I highly recommend getting breakfast and dinner/lunch buffet. The room was clean with a balcony. Amenities were great. Very talented chefs. Great staff. Buffet had a great variety of food as well as live food stations. Housekeeping was good. Easy beach access.

Swimming pool depth shown 4.3ft, but was over 5ft deep - irresponsible and dangerous. Day outing was happening by big groups of bachelors, overcrowded the pools, not usable for Hotel Family Guests, is this a 5 star Hotel?? Dirty beach with animal dumps and other thrash. Very bad management, only trying to make money without thinking about Guest Experience.
