Lovely apartment, very spacious, comfortable and clean. We were a group of 6 and there was more than enough space. It’s easy to access the property with the instructions and communication from Numa and the self check in was smooth. It’s very close to Milan Central Station as well as tram stops and metro lines nearby so transport links are very good. Only downside is that the road noise was noticeable late at night and early in the morning but earplugs are provided as it’s in a busy area so there’s not much else that can be done to mitigate this. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend it when visiting Milan.

The area is conveniently located by Milano Centrale, the main train station which makes an easy access going in and out of the city/airport. It is a bit far from the Doumo but only 3 metro station away. Overall we liked our stay.

Everything was good except for the mold on the bathroom tiles and broken shower door. Then the property locked us out for failing to pay some form of taxes and would not let us in, until I got someone to help pay the fees. My wallet was locked in the room.

The 1st two properties were excellent but the last one from April 15-16 . The mattress was sinking , I would recommend you to change it , very uncomfortable. and also the window curtain wouldn’t fully cover the window . On the other hand , thank you for letting us have an early check in . We are so happy with the communication & location Thank you .

The apartment itself was fantastic. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Kitchen and bath and common area were also roomy with a phone mirroring/ castable TV. We were able to wash laundry and dry a load on the towel heater in the bathroom. However, the apartment was located adjacent to Milano Cental train station (which we needed) that lends itself to many homeless people. Maybe not the safest situation for families with small children.

Great accommodations & location

The apartment and property are well maintained. We stayed in four different cities in Italy and the beds and bedding in this apartment are beyond fabulous. It’s better bedding than the finest American hotels. The apartment is well equipped with everything. The neighborhood isn’t very nice but it’s safe. If your from a city you’ll understand but it’s a great location.

Had a great stay at this property. Check in was smooth, you get an email with a passcode for both the gate and the room door. Very modern and has plenty of room for a family of six. A couple of blocks away from Milano Centrale which is why we chose it. A few grocery stores around the block, plenty of dining options and shopping options just a few blocks away. Just a couple of things needed attention. I'm pretty sure they're just wear and tear. On our last night the A/C in the main bedroom broke. Small water leaks out the shower when using it. Pull out bed probably needs to be changed out, it is falling apart. Like I said this is minor things that the property can easily fix and did not really bother us that much. I highly recommend this property especially for a big family like mine and I would definitely stay here again. Ciao!

This is great place to stay. About 3 blocks away from Central Station. Very convenient check in and check out. The place is very clean. Furniture modern, Kitchen and bathroom both upgraded. Shower pressure perfect, liquid soap readily available and organized, wifi great, sheets clean and soft luxury feel, towels provided soft and comfy, bed comfortable, things in apartment has instructions how to use in english and italian, lastly, some free extras like snacks, beer and fritz beverage in fridge as well. Very easy to communicate with team and instant reply. I am not easily impress but had pleasant stay here with wife and two kids. Overall, I will give 9 /10 great value.

Great but no AC.

Good: Close to train station, LIN airport and walking to city center. Bad: No working AC. Which might not be a problem apart from its 35c or 92f. Would come and fix it but only when we were out or the day we left. Neither option was great.

Good room condition, but front desk not exist

The room was clean and comfortable, but check-in was very difficult. It was a completely digital system with no front desk, and if you had a request, you had to first convey your opinion through a chatbot and wait. The elevator was broken, but I was assigned the 4th floor, so it was difficult during the long business schedule. A receipt was not issued even after check-out, so I had to request it again through the chatbot several times, and the only staff member who did connect me was to tell me to wait. I will not use it again for a business trip.
