Schlüssel-Chaos mit defekten Türöffner

Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, aber auch sehr lärmig. Nachts heulen laute Motorräder neben der Wohnung vorbei und machen einen Höllenlärm. Leider gab es zur Wohnung nur ein Schlüsselset mit 5 Schlüsseln für das Gartentor, die Haustüre und für die Wohnung, plus Garagentor und Garage. Alle Türen mussten von Hand mit dem jeweiligen Schlüssel aufgemacht werden; die automatischen Türöffner beim herausgehen waren alle defekt. Auch bei einem Notfall war man im Haus gefangen und konnte ohne Schlüssel nicht raus. Bei vier Personen in der Wohnung war das extremst mühsam, wenn nicht alle gleichzeitig die Wohnung verlassen wollten.
