Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The first issue we found was that the property was not as advertised, in fact they gave us a completely different one down the road, which was nowhere near as nice as the one we had booked, the showers were disgusting, like prison showers, a very dirty shower room, the air conditioning was faulty, there was an ant infestation in the kitchen, we had to continuously kill them with spray every day, we also had a mouse in the house, which we had to remove ourselves as they did not reply until the next morning, the property as a whole was tacky and not well maintained unlike in the photos, a complete false advertisement and when we complained about this they just ignored us, which shows how much they value their customers.
