The staff are wonderful at this resort. It is well designed, has a good pool, rooms are great, super beds. Restaurant food was average but breakfast was good. Location is a little strange in a residential area but you can walk to the beach and views are beautiful. Only a 10min drive into Castellemare del Golfo.

This property is a hidden Gem. The facility is new and modernly updated. The staff is wonderful and very eager to please. The breakfast is very good. The pool, the spa and easy access to the beach by shuttle is wonderful. You would definitely need a car to explore the area but the hotel can assist with that on site. Our visit was for 11 days and we enjoyed every minute of it.

This hotel and staff provides great modern facilities and excellent service. Room, restaurant and pool area all spotlessly clean, modern design, and well looked after. Easy to arrange car hire direct at hotel for good price, and airport transfers via hotel, far cheaper than airport taxi's too. Car hire recommended, as so many beautiful area's nearby, and taxi's/uber's expensive, and can be lengthy wait at peak times, ie evenings. Not that much 'walkable' distance. Castellammare del golfo marina (10 min short drive), stunning! And offers great selection of restaurants/bars with amazing views. Village of scopello defo worth a visit too.

The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Beds are like a rock so for me, not very comfortable but if you like very hard beds, they are great. The spa is beautiful but the water in the swim spa was too cool for my liking and the massage room was freezing resulting in a terrible cold. The massage table was also like a rock and therefore not comfortable. The hotel is not on the beach, and a train runs between the hotel and the beach though it is very quiet. You can however go to the sister property to go to the beach which is lovely. The pool area is very nice as is the lobby bar. Breakfast is also good, though I could not believe my eyes when I saw hot dogs on the buffet.

Great resort to unwind and relax.

Lovely spot if you're in the area. We stayed there for our last 2 days after spending 16 days touring the island. What a good idea it was. We got to unwind and relax before returning home. Staff are all very friendly, I found it to be their strength as a resort. The pool, though a bit cool, is nice with a great music selection and the sound volume is just right. Quick access to a beautiful beach using their inhouse shuttle which was no problem at all. True are the other comments about the soundproofing, not the best and the room terrasses could use a higher separator for better intimacy.

This was a lovely hotel with a friendly, accommodating staff. In general a great experience except a couple things. 1. It’s not on the beach, but across train tracks. The public beach is walkable and a private beach available through a sister property but not super convenient. 2. While the hotel overall was lovely, our room smelled like a wet ashtray. It was overbearing and gross. We only stayed one night or I would have asked to change rooms. Not all rooms smelled - the other room for our party seemed fine. Our room was so smelly. Other than the smelly room, it was a lovely hotel. The bar was nice and the restaurant delicious. Hard to accurately assess as things were good except the smelly room.

Lovely hotel. Private beach was perfect, really easy shuttle to the beach. Lovely pool area. Espresso machine in room was great. Dinner in the hotel was also amazing! The only thing we would have liked was easier access to the snack bar at the pool for drinks etc. we had to try and find a member of staff and found the opening times for snack bar, lunch restaurant, dinner restaurant and bar quite confusing.
