For the price you can't beat it. I will say there were a couple odd things like you could hear the people walking around upstairs, but the staff was very friendly, I could walk to get dinner, and the shuttle made it perfect to get to the airport.

Everything was very good, especially the lady at the desk at check in. She was very nice, friendly and accommodating. The only problem I had was the condition of the room itself. It needs to be looked at and repairs need to be made. The biggest thing was the bathroom door - the wood was all chipped and falling off the door. There were other smaller issues as well so my review is based on the condition of the room.

The airport shuttle was prompt and drivers very courteous. Is set up at the airport is not directly the fault of the hotel, however it’s a confusing and ridiculous setup. The courtesy phones do not work and due to the fact i was just returning from overseas, i had to message my friend in Alaska, to call the hotel to tell them I was ready for pick up.

We felt safe ! This is important when traveling to the city with a child /teen ! Location was great . The parking lot was at first disappointing but finding out they had a gated parking lot behind . One issue was I get a clicker and have to walk on side walk around to the front entrance . It’s not an issue but if you’re traveling late and a female be aware of this it’s not super far but can be nervous walking all the way around in the dark . It’s like walking a block . But even that was the only thing that I’d say wasn’t perfect . Shuttle driver was very nice and very on time ! The customer service was nice! Room was comfortable and bathroom was decent the water pressure was really good compared to others we’ve stayed at ! I can’t comment on breakfast because I went to the airport but my husband said it was good ! Friendly employees !
